How to prepare Eba/ Garri without lump
• Boil water or heat the quantity of water it needed till it starts boiling.
• Switch off the heater or stove and pour some amount into an empty bowl.
• Dip your hand into the bowl of Garri and sprinkle the Garri round the hot water poured inside the bowl. Repeat the process till you get your desirable quantity.
• Pick up a turn stick and dip it into Eba, used the turn stick to move the Eba backwards inside the bowl. Turn the Eba inside the bowl with the stick and repeat the process till you get a smooth solid Eba.
• Get a scoop and put some amount in a bowl then shake it to get the curve of the bowl.
• Prepare another plate of nice stew or soup with fishes or meat for easy swallow.
• Serve the Eba in a dish with the plate of soup for easy swallow.
