Clearing Your Browser Cache on Mobile Devices
Clearing your mobile browser’s cache can help solve a variety of problems, including problems navigating websites, logging in, or downloading files.
Android
Open your browser
In Android Explorer: Go to Menu > More > Settings or More > Settings > Privacy & security.
Right click on cache, clear history and delete all cookie data if necessary.
Chrome:
Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy.
Chrome: Click Clear browsing data at the bottom of the screen, leave the default settings selected (browsing history, cache, and cookies), and click Clear.
iOS
From the home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
At the bottom of the Safari settings screen, click the Clear History & Web Data button, then click Clear History & Data to confirm.
Amazon Tablets
(2nd Generation Kindle Fires or newer)
Click Silk Browser to open a web browser.
Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy. Click clear browsing data. Make sure browsing History, Cache & Cookies, Site Information is selected. Then click Clear.
